RN Canada was founded by Ozgur Duymaz Ph.D. with international experience for purposes of management accounting advisory, auditing, tax consultancy, finance and accounts services, financial law, corporate management, budgeting and managerial reports, and private company training.

Ozgur in his career worked as an auditor at a partner level, a CFO in various businesses, and a management consultant. He has been involved in many projects and has provided consultancy services to many small and medium-sized companies in management accounting, cost accounting, and building reporting systems.

It is challenging for small and medium businesses to reach the top audit firms due to the capacity of these audit firms and their higher fee. Even if they get, generally, the service is performed by an employee with 3-4 years of experience under a manager's supervision.

RN Canada provides its services at a partner level who involved the project directly with reasonable fees.
